Veedersburg, Ind. (CNS)— Pearl Allen, 80, died yesterday (May 25, 1966) at the Rudisill Nursing Home in Covington where she had been a patient the past year and a half. Born Feb. 13, 1886, in Fountain County, she was the daughter of Benjamin and Emma Irvin Crane. She was married Aug. 18, 1904, to William G. Allen, who died. She was a member of the Sterling Christian Church. Survivors include two sons, Herbert of Veedersburg and James of Muscatine, Iowa; two sisters, Mrs. Julia Boord of Veedersburg and Mrs. Marguerite Greenley of Oakland, Calif.; three grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the Parham Funeral Home. The Rev. Alfred Dobbs will officiate. Burial will be in Rockfield Cemetery. The body is at the funeral home.
